So an early start and I called the AA. An operative arrived and hour later and diagnosed the No1 injector had packed up . So no way it could be fixed there and then as his parts supplier had no part available.

This actually turned in my favour.

The AA are now going to transport the car to my customer in Oxford. Saves me a job and I can now collect Wednesdays car in Stoke on Trent which was due to be collected and delivered tomorrow to my independent garage customer outside Aylesbury..

Bus home and finished.

With the broken down Renault. Already on its way to Oxford. Two jobs are going to be completed in the day. So very happy 😁.

Two train tickets bought from Carlisle to Stoke and I'm suddenly completing two jobs in one go. Result!

Got to Stoke on Trent station easily from Carlisle

Only one change at Crewe.

From the station a quick and cheap Uber to the trade centre to collect the car. A 2016 Hyundai Tucson  I have been to this trade dealer for collection a few times now. When I was in the retail trade I would see their cars advertised on the trade auction site Dealer Auction. Their site is a compound the group obviously uses for prep and they have a big space in Stoke on Trent. Old buildings but run well.

I collected the Hyundai and we made our way back down the M6, M42 and M40 heading for Aylesbury, via Bicester and the A41.

Dropping off my wife at home and delivered the car to the dealer outside Aylesbury.

Tomorrow is another day.
