20th January 26 taking a Breather

Today I only have to take the Renault Arkarna I collected yesterday to Oxford.

After the long frustrating day yesterday. I needed this weekday breather. To regroup and plan.

I decided not to get there for 9.00am opening time. As that would mean sitting in the Aylesbury to Oxford traffic and it would take longer than leaving after nine and missing the work and school traffic.

I arrived at 9.45. dropped off the car and appraisal signed. I headed to the bus stop outside to get the bus into Oxford.

I have said many times that the buses are brilliant. If I lived here I'm sure I could live without a car. As I did for years when I lived in central London.

I had a few minutes to wait for the Aylesbury bus. A very different noisy, diesel vehicle to the central Oxford buses.

An hour later and home.
